Get My Sleep was created to be a celebration of rituals, self-care and sleep. We spend up to one-third of our lives sleeping. Sleep is a basic human need, much like food and water, and is crucial to our overall health and well-being. Despite evidence that shows the importance of adequate sleep, it is often considered a luxury that can take a back seat to other obligations in our lives. 

Take time for yourself, to stop, reflect and relax. The world is so fast-paced sometimes we need to be reminded that it’s completely acceptable to have a day where you lounge about the house, reading a book or binge-watching Grey’s Anatomy (speaking from experience). Your body needs that time to refuel as does your mind. 

We believe in using this time well through better sleep hygiene, night-time beauty treatments and luxurious indulgences.
